The Gold Nugget Awards recognize those who improve our communities through exceptional concepts in design, planning, and development. It is a great honor to receive such an accolade that celebrates our collective efforts and one of our properties’ most prestigious initiatives. Our dedication to the environment continues and extends to the restoration of over 8,000 square feet of Napa River habitat adjacent to the development.
The Gold Nugget Awards are the oldest and most prestigious design awards in the nation. The Gold Nugget judges, comprised of a panel of our most creative and successful peers in the building industry, selected the Calistoga Family Apartments to receive this prestigious award.
“Just on its submittal and its inherent attributes, this project is a winner. However, we (the judges) decided that its story was unique and worthy of special award consideration…”
