Calistoga Family Apartments is a 48 unit, USDA-financed project in California dedicated to farmworkers and their families. As part of our commitment to sustainable building methods, this development is certified LEED Platinum by incorporating a Net Zero Energy design to offset 100% of the on-site energy demand. The Gold Nugget Awards recognize those who improve our communities through exceptional concepts in design, planning, and development. It is a great honor to receive such an accolade that celebrates our collective efforts and one of our properties’ most prestigious initiatives. Our dedication to the environment continues and extends to the restoration of over 8,000 square feet of Napa River habitat adjacent to the development.

The Gold Nugget Awards are the oldest and most prestigious design awards in the nation. The Gold Nugget judges, comprised of a panel of our most creative and successful peers in the building industry, selected the Calistoga Family Apartments to receive this prestigious award.

This development is certified LEED Platinum by incorporating a Net Zero Energy design to offset 100% of the on-site energy demand through solar panels and is 100% fossil fuel free. This environmentally friendly property is restricted 100% to low and very low-income farm worker families. Located in Napa County, this property encourages residents to participate in our Empowerment Services that include; ESL classes, workforce training and after school programs for school age children.
