Charles Brumbaugh

Mr. Brumbaugh received a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from California State University Northridge in 1988 and a Juris Doctorate of Law from Southwestern University in 1992. Mr. Brumbaugh began his professional career as the Planning Deputy for Los Angeles City Council Member Ruth Galanter.
Mr. Brumbaugh entered the real estate development industry by serving as in-house counsel for Corporation for Better Living in 1993. Since that time, Mr. Brumbaugh has developed and built over 5,000 units of housing including single family residential, apartments, condos and commercial retail space.
Ben Lingo

Mr. Lingo entered the affordable housing field in 2001. An expert in the financing and development of affordable housing developments, Mr. Lingo has worked extensively utilizing tax credits, tax exempt bonds, HOME Funds and other public funding sources to develop over 4,000 housing units throughout California.
Justin Hardt
Consultant
Justin Hardt is a graduate of Emory University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Hardt has over 15 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. During this time Mr. Hardt has been involved in all the areas of the development lifecycle from site selection, entitlement, financing and stabilization. Mr. Hardt has closed in excess of 60 affordable housing transactions.
Jake Lingo

Jake Lingo is a graduate of the University of San Diego and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Lingo has twelve years of real estate development experience and specializes in negotiating development and acquisition opportunities, entitlement, coordination of public funding sources and project management.
